George Landegger - Supporting Higher Education

People who attend college are much more likely to find better-paying jobs and jobs that they enjoy.
They may also experience greater cultural awareness. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), the median weekly earnings in 2014 for high school graduates aged 25 and older were $668, while the median for individuals aged 25 and older with bachelor's degrees was $1,101. College can also affect unemployment rates. The BLS reported that those with high school diplomas experienced a 6% unemployment rate in 2014. The unemployment rate for those who held bachelor's degrees was only 3.5%.

Statistics also show that people who have attended college are much less likely to live in poverty. They are more likely to spend money in a way that benefits the economy and also volunteer to help with community issues and improve the areas where they live. When a person attends college, he or she may also become more confident in his or her abilities and skills and will have a broader range of career options. This, in turn, gives college graduate more freedom and control over their lives. George Landegger hopes to make it possible for more people to receive a higher education and complete college.

Although she did have a good group of friends who she would go out with and spend time with occasionally, she never liked to be treated like a celebrity and preferred to live in a nice but modest home in Monroeville, Alabama.

George Landegger Harper Lee died in early 2016 and while George Landegger was upset about the passing of his close friend, he now feels like he can talk about her without the fear of upsetting or betraying her. George Landegger

George Landegger - Giving to the Homeless

As George Landegger knows, putting forth the commitment to help others is a very noble act. There are various charities and organizations that work hard every day to help the lesser fortunate. The constant presence of hardship is almost inescapable for homeless populations. There are even more complications when a family becomes in financial trouble. In most cases where there are families that become homeless it is because they are without any possible assistance from other family members. Shelters are often the first course of action for those who need it immediately. Unfortunately, there are situations where shelters no longer have enough beds. In a city like New York, homeless people find themselves in such situations because the sheer numbers of their demographic is often not equalized by that of empty beds.
George Landegger

There are tens of thousands of homeless men, women and children who utilize shelter programs. Some of these people say that at the time of the recession they were living in an affordable apartment or home, but an inflating real estate market and the loss of working hours led many of them into debt. Many of these people were hardworking individuals who were simply subject to unfortunate circumstances, and are now on the streets with even less hope of recovery. George Landegger reaches out to these populations and tries to help as many as he can.

George Landegger - Recognizing Different Types of Homeless Populations

CEO and Army veteran George Landegger has donated ample time and money to help to help the homeless. In the United States, services to help the needy are in high demand. Individuals that are now homeless are estimated to be in the hundreds of thousands across the country. Unfortunately, there are a certain amount of women and children who are part of the statistic. One donor who is putting forth effort into aiding the search for assistance for these people is Mr. Landegger.

George Landegger As Landegger knows, there are two categories in which the homeless can be classified. Typically the chronic homeless are people who have psychological conditions that keep them from establishing themselves. Many organizations maintain a commitment to helping these people find ways to seek a permanent home. Chronically homeless individuals may be qualified for assisted living due to their psychological conditions. Usually, they are not aware of what types of help they qualify for from the government because they are not able to make proper decisions. Devoted charity workers work around the clock to make these programs accessible to struggling populations. Over the years, these organizations have created resourceful and productive business relations with other organizations. George Landegger is proud to say that he has supported many of these organizations in the fight against homelessness and poverty.
